Worried update.

Sorry for my lack of an update. I had to wait for the test results, and those days sucked, to say the least. Thankfully the tests came back negative for infections and after having to call the office to hound for results, I found out there are no chromosonal abnormalaties.

However, the fluid is still around her heart and has not decreased. It is being treated as a normal variant, and I have yet another ultrasound next week. I am not sure if these ultrasounds are going to continue every few weeks or not. (Baby girl hates to be bothered and refuses to show her face.) I was released from the high risk doctor, so that is great news.

In fun news, we went to DisneyWorld the other week, which contributed to my lack of an update post.

Worried.

I just realized I never posted about our anatomy scan. It's a girl! However, during the scan a few weeks ago, the tech couldn't get all the measurements needed. We went back last week to try again.

I knew something was off when the tech asked me if we were seeing the dr. that day as well.  Apparently, she has fluid around her heart. So, tomorrow we head to a high risk doctor for more scans. It's been a long few days to wait for answers, which I hope include nothing but good news tomorrow. If you could spare some good thoughts my way it would be much appreciated.

Pigs are flying.

Yes, they are, and for a few reasons.
One, the fact that I am blogging. I know it has been forever. Two, my toddler now sleeps through the night the majority of the time, AND takes naps in his crib. It only took 15.5 months for the night sleeping (ok, he came in our bed last night), but we have more nights where he actually stays in his crib and sleeps. Amazing.
And the biggest reason pigs are flying? I am pregnant. 10 weeks and 2 days pregnant to be exact.

Shh, it's a secret!
